Use your WhatsApp account on multiple smartphones

Basically, WhatsApp Web is designed to easily use the service on a PC or tablet. However, via its desktop mode of your web browser, it can also work on a second smartphone.

To do this, follow the 5 steps detailed below:

  1. Open the browser on your second phone and go to WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com).
  2. Tap on the three lines in the upper right corner of your screen and choose the Site Desktop Mode option to bring up a QR code.
  3. On your main smartphone, open the WhatsApp application and go to Settings, then to WhatsApp Web/Desktop
  4. Select Connect device.
  5. Scan the QR code.

You should now be able to use WhatsApp on both of your devices.
