What the Airtel 5G Technology Offers
According to 91Mobile, the new 5G network is 30 times faster than the country’s present 4G network. In addition, the supplier asserts that the 5G technology would be compatible with all 5G devices available in India, not just those included in their subscription plans.

What You Need to Prepare
Airtel recommends its consumers to get a new 5G smartphone prior to the introduction of the 5G network. You do not need a new 5G-enabled SIM card to access the service, since your current SIM card will continue to function.
Once the 5G network is deployed, go to the smartphone’s network settings and enable 5G for the SIM network to begin using the service.
Reliance Jio’s 5G
Airtel is not the only Indian telecommunications provider planning to implement the 5G connection. In August, Reliance Jio announced that its implementation of 5G services would cost $25 billion.
The 5G connection is set to debut in key cities in October, according to TechCrunch.
By the end of 2023, Reliance Jio, which has over 421 million consumers, will deploy its 5G network to every city in India.
Reliance Industries Mukesh Ambani stated that Reliance Jio would install a 5G architecture independent of the existing 4G network.
The company’s 5G network can connect up to 100 million homes, and its fixed broadband offerings will further accelerate its connectivity goals.
